Millet is a drought tolerant crop and has a high resistance to pests and diseases. Further the crop provides high nutritional value and health benefits (e.g. reducing blood pressure, risk of heart disease, cholesterol).

Our processes include cleaning and hydrothermal treatment to inactivate enzymes, pearling to take away the fatty coat and extend shelf life, grinding into flour and semolina and then finally sifting and grading.
