Milling Academy, Uzwil

Dario trains various courses at the Milling Academy and started working at Bühler in 2011. After several years in the Special Grains and Pulses department, he was assigned to join the Bühler organization in China for 2 years where he led a technology team before coming back to take over the lead of the Milling Academy.

Lisa started working at the Reception of Bühler AG in 2007. In 2010 she joined the team at the Milling Academy as Assistant of the Milling Academy. Her task area includes the organization of all courses offered at the Milling Academy and the support of the customers during their stay in Switzerland.

Carl’s primary area of expertise is flour milling. He trains all levels of milling and conducts on-site courses as well as mill assessments. Carl completed his milling apprenticeship in 2001. He then spent eight years working in his family flour milling business before completing the Swiss School of Milling in 2009. He joined Bühler in 2011.

Roman covers all aspects of electric engineering and automation, from installation, control units, bus systems to advanced plant control systems. He trains at the Milling Academy and at customer sites.
His career started at the workshop, followed by a bachelor’s degree in automation and in education and training. He has practical experience in software development and worldwide project management. He is instructor with us and at the Swiss School of Milling since 2006.

Cyrill is focusing on new training concepts and covers a range of aspects in electrical engineering as a trainer. He started working for Bühler in 2007. After some years in the business area of die casting, he was responsible for the education of automation apprentices before joining the Milling Academy in 2022. 

Martin started his working career at Bühler in 1993 as a Millwright apprentice. After various stages in the Milling Solutions Organization in Bühler as installation supervisor, mechanical instructor and sales manager he is now responsible for the mechanical training for our customers and internals at the Milling Academy.
