Wafer maintenance basics

You will learn to make mechanical adjustments to machines to ensure a smooth production process. You will be able to lubricate wheels and bearings in ovens and downstream machines, and to evaluate the current condition of lubricants in machine components. You will learn to perform maintenance work such as filter cleaning, baking plate cleaning and different types of replacements. In addition, you will familiarize yourself with the safety systems used on Franz Haas machines, learn important emergency procedures and obtain an overview of gas controls.
